Recap:The 2023 CanCham Christmas Gala!

The 2023 Christmas Gala, organized by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai , was amazing. In usual fashion the Gala brought together the Canadian business community and families to celebrate the season.

The event truly lived up to its name, as everyone sparkled and shone throughout the night. It was an evening filled with holiday cheer and a wonderful opportunity for the Canadian business community to come together and celebrate.

During the dinner, CanCham also set up a number of fun and interactive games for the guests and children, who laughed and enjoyed the happy experience of traditional festivals.

Since joining the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in 2019, altPlus have been working hand in hand with the CanCham for four years, altplus has been committed to promoting cooperation between Chinese and Canadian companies. As an excellent member of the CanCham and a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Eric Rupert,  said that : "The challenges that were seen over the last three years on a global scale, you find many companies, business owners and leaders looking for direction and or some understanding, guidance and feedback. I believe that in a community like the Canadian chamber of commerce, you find that and it supports direction making by taking the pulse of  the community.

Of course, the expected networking and sense of community is there and it's on a personal level in the Canadian chamber of commerce, where there are members who have been a part of this for a long time and have very close relations with eachother and make it easy to bring value to new members. The connections typically go beyond more than just business level topics."

"CanCham Chamber of Commerce is a very good platform, the companies inside the Chamber are all varied with SMEs to major multinational companies in Canada, for altPlus it's all about learning and exchanging and cooperating with the community, it's very, very rewarding!" said Ms. Lily Lin, Chief Financial Officer of altPlus.
